About the author
As well as being an artist Patricia A Cusack has written short stories and created books for children. "HEALTHY AGING TIPS A WELLNESS GUIDE TO AGING" is the first non-fiction book she has published. Patricia describes it as "a memoir of my personal journey of growing older guided by science which, I hope, will inspire others to take control of their own aging process."
Patricia lives in the beautiful county of Shropshire in the UK and finds inspiration for her work from tradition and innovation. She has a degree in psychology and has always been interested in people and what makes them tick.
