About the author

As well as being an artist Patricia A Cusack has written short stories and created books for children. "HEALTHY AGING TIPS A WELLNESS GUIDE TO AGING" is the first non-fiction book she has published. Patricia describes it as "a memoir of my personal journey of growing older guided by science which, I hope, will inspire others to take control of their own aging process."


Patricia lives in the beautiful county of Shropshire in the UK and finds inspiration for her work from tradition and innovation. She has a degree in psychology and has always been interested in people and what makes them tick.

This short book is full of useful and interesting information about the process of growing older, from middle age onwards, that you can put into practice. The lifestyle changes that proved to be positive to

Self publishing a book for the first time is a stressful event.

I'm now at the latter stages prior to actually publishing it.

Beta readers are letting me know their verdicts and I'm

making recommended changes and working out the extra pages in the manuscript to be completed. The cover is in

the process of being designed. I had planned for February

to be the month for the book launch and I'm hoping to

stay with that but the pressure is mounting so we'll have

to see!
